TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT

My payment method is PayPal or Zelle. [USD]

  • All payment is to be made upfront.

  • No refunds after the payment has been placed.

  • Once payment is done, I’ll start sketching right away!

  • Commercial art will cost (+%300) of the base price for all my commissions.

Your commission will be placed as top priority. You can view the activity of your placed commission on my Trello!

PROCESS

Please provide visual references of your character/s. It can be sketches, poses, expressions, character sheets, etc. Everything really helps!

I WILL GIVE CONSTANT UPDATES ON YOUR DRAWING AND OTHER INFORMATION THAT WILL DELAY THE COMMISSION. I WILL GUARANTEE CONSTANT COMMUNICATION.

  • There will be 2 phases for the sketch.

  • Unlimited revisions are allowed for both phases.

  • You can inform me for any changes or modifications during the sketch phase.

AFTER BOTH SKETCHES ARE APPROVED, I WILL START THE LINEART.
ONCE THE LINEART HAS BEEN STARTED, NO MORE MODIFICATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED.

EXTRA INFORMATION

AFTER A COMMISSION IS FINISHED, I WILL SEND A HIGH QUALITY PNG OR TRANSPARENT IMAGE OF THE DRAWING IF NEEDED (INCLUDING EXTRA VERSIONS!) IN A GOOGLE DRIVE SHAREABLE FOLDER OR EMAIL.

  • When buying my art (either personal or commercial use) it is required to credit my work.

  • Do not claim my artwork as yours.

  • YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO MAKE PROFIT FROM MY WORK, UNLESS IT’S A COMMERCIAL PIECE; MEANING YOU ARE RESTRICTED TO MAKE PROFIT FROM A PIECE IF IT WAS BOUGHT AS A PERSONAL COMMISSION.

  • ONLY COMMERCIAL USE ARTWORK IS ALLOWED TO RESTRIBUTE, EDIT, PROFIT AND REMAIN ALL RIGHTS OF THE ART! (WITH CREDIT)

AFTER A FINISHED/COMPLETED COMMISSION, I HAVE THE RIGHTS TO POST THE FINISHED COMMISSION ACROSS MY SOCIAL MEDIAS.
